MAIN FINDINGS
Rendcomb College is a caring community that fosters good relationships in preparing its pupils for the wider world. Overall attainment is sound and often good, and the personal development of the pupils is greatly encouraged by the commitment of all the staff to every aspect of school life.
The school has many strengths, of which the following are the most important:
- the headmaster provides strong leadership and a clear sense of direction;
- the staff have a wholehearted commitment to the pastoral care and individual development of the pupils;
- the pupils have a positive attitude to learning and to the life of the school;
- the pupils have a caring attitude to one another;
- pupils, staff and parents take pride in the place and its ethos, creating a strong sense of community.
