Outside the Classroom

Activities

Rendcomb Pupils Horse RidingPupils singing in choir robesWe offer an extensive range of activities throughout the Junior and Senior schools which changes termly. Pupils acquire new friendships, gain confidence and new skills as they mix with students outside of their peer and tutor groups.

Pupils in Reception, Year 1 and 2 participate in specific activities tailored to their age group. Years 3 to 6 also take part in tailored activities but also have opportunities to join Senior School activities such as College Choir, Orchestra and Clay Pigeon Shooting.

Senior pupils choose four activities per term which take place at the end of the school day alongside one day of extended Games.

With our ethos of preparing pupils with skills for life, and readying them to face their next adventure, our activities programme is designed to expose pupils to a wide variety of challenges and new interests so that they leave Rendcomb with a varied portfolio of pursuits and experiences.
